Daily Adoration
Adoration is a time for us to be in silence with God, who is in the blessed sacrament. When integrating exterior silence everyday we grow in interior silence so that we can be more in tune with what God is saying.
By discovering God and listening to Him, a relationship is able to be formed because it is only through knowing someone that you are able to love them. In doing so, we learn to accept ourselves as we are through the love of the Lord.
Daily praise
Praise is a time for us to start the day with an attitude of gratitude. It helps us to turn our focus away from ourselves, away from our stresses and worries, and to give thanks to God for all that He is and for all He has done. It helps us to put things into perspective and trust that everything’s gonna be alright - no matter what state or situation we find ourselves in.
